A question to Alexander if he is reading this (or anyone with an answer 😉 ): In this video you state that one should not repress emotions because it brings bitterness to oneself and others, and that the cost of doing so increases in time. However, in some previous videos, you advised men who had found a high quality partner but had not cleared their sexual debt to stick with their current partner. However, won’t ignoring sexual debt cause emotional repression? How to make both assertions coexist?
The main point of this video is solid and makes sense: If you are an emotionally healthy person who loves your partner, the rational way to handle trauma or personal issues is to take responsibility and primarily deal with them yourself. I didn't feel like the opening clip had much to do with the rest of Alexander's points.
