Be sure to grab those practice tracks, midi files, and Guitar Pro files and get cooking, you're gonna love the results! The workout tracks have the entire route as 16s and then as triplets at all the different BMPs. Enjoy!

Ben, after a week of this, what would be a good next step to apply what I have learned here on?
This seems great so far. You mention doing it for at least a week - how long for each session? All the way up the neck at one tempo? Or a minimum amount of time and do what one can within that time? Thanks.
