Want to make economy picking part of your playing? This is the workout you need!!! This is a fun and simple pattern that combines alternate and economy picking for maximum gains. I've snuck some picking and phrasing tips in there too to help you get as comfy as possible slipping some economy picking into your diet! This is also a very useful pattern to slip into your soloing, and i'll show you how.

Love the exercise, thanks as always :) I don't suppose you happened to also do a midi track as well for this one? I only ask as your WW340 alternate picking lesson is my go to now for alt picking training, so it would be nice to have the midi option for this as well so I can run it through Waveform and start to build a library of training tracks etc
