Thanks, Ben. It’s good to see a professional doing the work. I have 2 nasty practice habits; not using the metronome enough and not staying on task. I start with good intentions but slip into just jamming whatever I’m getting off on at the moment. I don’t know if it’s a lack of self discipline or focus, or as I suspect, both. This good stuff…keep it coming!

Hello Ben, I am big fan of Mastodon but I did not know Decapitated. After your playing session I started to listen to them. And you know what is funny, Decapitated are the band very closed to me. They are from Polish city Krosno close to the Slovak border. Actually, I am from Slovakia, so this band is from my city Rajecke Teplice about 350 km from my city...:-)...so little bit geography, but we have high quality death metal bands in this location...:-)
