Nope, when you complete the story, all the hentai content is available on the Love-Tree option in the main menu, or the lotus button when you're exploring, if you're not able to access it and you get the message: "You need to play more to unlock characters" I recommend you start a new game and select the option "0.4 version" right after introducing a name and skip.

I'm in moon tier. I downloaded the free version first and played until I competed. Then I got mom tier to play the rest of it but it won't download on my android. Is it not unlocked yet for moon tier?
