As sort of an addendum to this, I just wanted to thank those of you who have left and always leave kind comments on my artwork. I’m not gonna lie, I’ve been feeling pretty down the last couple of days.
When I get this way it makes me feel as though my work on Murphy and Mitzi doesn’t matter. It’s a project that means so much to me, on a level where I unfortunately tie a lot of my self worth to it, which I know isn’t the healthiest way to do things. As dumb as it sounds Murphy and Mitzi are a profoundly important part of me.
I just wanted to thank everyone who has been supportive, eager, respectful, and keeping up with this project for so long. It really does mean so much to me. I know I’ve also written this kind of thing before, but I wanted to take time to be a bit more personal since I usually just post my stuff in a more professional manner.
I hope everyone looks forward to the upcoming M&M stuff, those shorts I previewed earlier are still coming, as are new illustrations/comics. There will always be more :)

You're welcome, I'm glad to hear that I know I'm often a bit over-emotional hope that's not too annoying :) But I can't just ignore such posts, that wouldn't feel right

to your edit: you put a lot of work and passion into m&m i understand that you see it as an important part of your life struggling with self worth is never easy but you're never alone even if you feel like that and even if others can't understand the way you feel it doesn't mean they don't care you are worth something, not only as an artist but also as a human being and no, what you said doesn't sound dumb many emotions are not easy to control but such emotions make you who you are and nobody is perfect if you haven't done so already, maybe you should talk to a close friend or your family about it sometimes it can help already if you have someone who listens i whish you alll the best

That's cute. I actually still have my GBA SP. I use it to play Super Mario Advance 2 while I lay in bed. I like that version because it's more forgiving on the hits and it's easier to get back colored Yoshis.

On the topic of milestones, definitely looking forward to next month, I have a feeling that it's going to be THE Murphy & Mitzi month. Besides the fact that their 5th anniversary is then, heehee
