Honestly it's Meryl's fault for storing fireworks anywhere in her daughter's room. You know how Mitzi is about pyrotechnics sweetheart, don't go blaming anyone but yourself for thinking she wouldn't find them.

Something tells me Meryl blamed Murphy for this incident as if it wasn't mostly Mitzi's fault. I mean, I assume SHE got all those fireworks in the first place, regardless of whose idea it was to light them indoors.

That scene was actually the direct inspiration for this! And if you can believe it, the sound of the fireworks is actually DIRECTLY from that scene, I thought it was just perfect.
