Behind the Scenes- Murphy Plush Evolution + Closeup Angles

Anyway, I got permission from Makeship to share the evolution of the Murphy doll! The first prototype needed a bit of work, and they addressed just about every single little thing I wrote up when it came to getting the final design.
There was one more prototype in between the first and the final, but the only difference was that I requested his gloves be outlined so they stood out more. Neat, huh?
As stated before, Mitzi is ALREADY being prototyped, so there won't be a huge wait for her. So if you want both of them, or just one, they will both be available hopefully by the year's end :D

I'm a little surprised they let you post something like this! Seeing all the little details that got changed from the first prototype is pretty interesting. I noticed the lighter fur color, and the mouth, gloves, and shoes all had missing details.

Ah I really like posts like this where you can see how something has developed and yes, the final design is a lot better Oh and thanks for posting the other views again This time i'm not distracted and i can say he looks rad from each angle ;) Also the dreamcast teaser campaign refference was a cool idea, especially two weeks before the 25th anniversary of the US Release I didn't get it at first although it's my favorite console lol

Hey, crazy! The colored sleeves instead of the the gloves reminds me of my friend Isaac and how HE draws Murphy! Funny coincidence hehe Looking forward to the promotional material you come up with involving the Mitzi plush! Whenever you get the prototype for her you should totally act out a puppet show as next years' april fools prank XD
