Even if she were a girl testing the relationship before sex is fine and even if they were dating some girls want their first time t be special or saved for after marriage. Not unreasonable given a lot of guys will say anything to get a girl to sleep with them with no intention of an actual relationship. Though I have a feeling she's going to be set up a lot if this party stays together.
