It would be the second, since "Commander Felicity" is a main character in this scenario, the crew members would react as if it was Felicity asking them out. And how they react is impacted by two things in particular: does the crew member saying 'yes' make for a good story and make sense in the story Fiona and Lisa are playing out, and two, this is a dating simulator, so Lisa made all the characters way more horny than they normally would be, so they are more likely to say yes despite any workplace HR issues.

Like saying yes to her propositioning them? So does she expect them to react to her as a boy or has the devices reprograming of her subconcious make her expect them to react to her as a gir?
