Especially as she doesn't have years of experience on draw on to minimize the time its not just put on make up, its figure out how to put on make up and then redo it half a dozen times because you wind up looking like a clown.

I suspect the later as the shadow man is still around and she can turn into Scott in the current reality. Its just going to take her time to figure out and she'll still need to be Scarlett amongst those who knew her before the change.
