I think that there is a lot of room for interpretation here. The first question that comes to mind is, "Did the potion master make this with malicious intent?" If yes, I could see the potion change the user into something either monstrous or punishing the drinker by transforming them in to someone submissive with a high sex drive and a low IQ as suggested above. Otherwise, I would assume that the potion would transform the drinker into what they or perhaps their loved one thought was their idealized lover. But, in that case I would have to assume that it was made with a specific person in mind and to suit their tastes. It is an interesting scenario, but I think that we all know that there will be an attractive girl at the end of this particular transformation

Certainly a case for caveat emptor I think. Also a good way to get rid of the brat - turn her into what HE fancies. Probably turn out to be some sort of submissive slave girl.

It certainly sounds like that potion would make the imbiber pansexual, very attractive, very flexible, and very horny with very low inhibitions and very high stamina. Which, if that is the case, depending on whose standards of attractiveness it uses it could make him look very different. I think it would make sense if it generated an appearance based on either what the crafter wanted the imbiber to look like, what the nearest person to the imbiber would find most attractive, or the imbiber's own sense of what is attractive.
