The skirt option would be better looking if the skirt were longer. It's too unbalanced like this. Somehow, this is a weird mistake that actual women make. Felix, as someone who has spent his life looking at women, would of course not make this error. ð

This presumes she has such a long t-shirt in her dresser, which may not be the case if we all vote for the skirt. ð

I think I prefer the skirt but unless there's some other influence I think dress is better from the perspective (why I voted for it) since it can be justified as a long shirt and tight pants whereas the skirt is undeniably a female clothing item.
