Two parts of the story that I skipped over for time and flow were Scott and Cassie's wedding, and Robin's lunch with Gwen, both of which would have added a little context to this. Robin would have met Miles and Gwen a bunch of times before when hanging out with Scott and Cassie. Robin doesn't know if Gwen likes girls or not, I think she just likes boys, but the berry lasts only until you fall asleep, so this is only a temporary change. But Gwen doesn't need to be attracted to girl Miles, they can just have a girl's night. Finally, one of Mira's first lessons to Robin is that Robin isn't allowed to tell anyone about magic. So unlike Toby, who wasn't told that rule, Robin couldn't tell Gwen that the berries are magic. She is using a loophole that since the berries are Anna's magic, it technically isn't Robin who is showing magic to ordinary humans, but its quite the grey area. And now that Gwen and Miles have seen magic, Robin can talk to them about it. That is, until they probably forget about it the next day. Robin could have communicated what would happen a little better, but I wanted this to be a fun little gag.

Gwen is trans but never got surgery, Miles' ideal girl is a girl like Gwen, so Miles turned into a similar girl.

why did miles turn into girl with dick? sure technicaly it should be trivial tweak, but the berries were made (as far as I understand) by Anna (dragon), and I doubt robin would be able to tweak them, and they change man(boy) to woman(girl). Does dickgirl still count as girl in this situation?

Sort of: Berries transformed Rob to a cartoony elf girl, so this should be trivial tweak. Also, we've already seen strap-on futas 😃

edit: ...and realized now that Miles is Scott/Scarlett's bestie - not sure how much Robin knew. Anyways: Yes; this could have ended badly: she knew her bestie was trans, but did she know Gwen liked also girls... Also bad Robin: she was told beforehand, so why didn't she tell? (Other than giving surprise gift to bestie...)
