There seems to be a whole lot of the various powerful fairies don't want anyone else in their lane (realm of power/responsibility). Doros wasn't particularly happy when Mira confronted him about Shadowman when Mira learned about what was going on in chapter 2. I did not realize it was that far back.

By rights, Doros ought to be in serious trouble right now. He's been half-arsing his job to the extent that a rogue faerie has been messing with the other faeries' children and he didn't even notice. If nothing else, I would expect their parents to be pretty furious.

Doros is ignorant how Shadowman was interested in (half-blood?) offsprings, and maybe of Doros only because Stewards belong to him?

Cliffhanger we've been waiting... ...hoping that you skip Anna+Mira story for now and give us Anna+Robin instead 😀
