There must be some discrepancy between the sources listed on that site and at least one of the cartoons because Pussyfoot is identified as a boy in 'Kiss Me Cat' <a href="http://www.supercartoons.net/cartoon/847/kiss-me-cat.html" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">http://www.supercartoons.net/cartoon/847/kiss-me-cat.html</a> What it's worth, I think Fred has said he'd accept if a character was stated as being gender-flipped. Haha, yeah it happened during what was a pretty poor time of writing in the X-men. People make fun of it a lot. Dan Slott had a great running gag about it in his She-hulk run where she kept denying that it had happened.
