His bike is equipped with a Pre-Regulation, Destroyer-Class, Solid-Fuel Recoil Booster and its interdiction gravitational matrix makes pushing it the same as pushing a planet... It has to be ridden... and that means sitting on Lobo's... bulge-lap! Well, when you gotta, you gotta!

This is why they need Superman. Superman can push it! Wouldn't be the first time he's pushed or towed planets. Still, I must admit... Powergirl has some nice cushioning in the back in that first panel.
