I wish I knew the answer to that. Sound oddity in Patreon's image posting process, I suppose. If it were just an attachment, you could click on it to save it under it's normal name.

I feel you, but something I think you might also be missing is the fact that the Doctor (as per the milestone goals) is only truly obligated to produce "2 full color projects (comic pages or pinups) every month." All this extra stuff we get is him being gracious with the generosity.

I thought it did win a ballot? If not my mistake as my ability to recollect can be hazy (thank you Aspergers for the part of you that deals with memory retention). It still just kinda feels at times like some comics get preference with either getting done in a timely manner or with extra pages and some end up pushed up a lot or lack the pages compared to some. I appreciate Fred's efforts and would never b*tch and whine about all the stuff he does with Patreon on top of his GD and other AP related comic works. I just can't shake how even if it wasn't actually a ballot comic the Fox n' Carm story felt off. Eh' could just be me.

Part of the reason for that was that Fox & Carm never actually won a ballot, it was added to the unfinished list by the good Doctor after inspiration struck whilst finishing a commission. Some took issue with that (them being on the list even though they never won), so the compromise was turning it into a "short" of sorts.

Does anyone know why when you try and save these, the naming comes up with something mega random instead of the name fred gave them?

Eight pages? The last comic didn't even get its full six and this one has eight? I'm not trying complain for the sack of complaining or starting something, but this kinda seems unfair. Especially given how many times the last comic was delayed and was reduced in pages at the end when other comics got extensions. I admit I was REALLY looking forward to the Fox/Carmelita piece and this could be fan bias, but I dunno this new comic getting eight pages when the last one got shafted leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
