I watched all of Gaim and you right, Kamen rider and sentai are the only franchise that can make the goofiest theme the rawest shit alive, we might get a mint chocolate chip villian rider that starts catching bodies and will be terrified of homie 🤣😭

I ask you this: Have you seen Suga and that Stomach Guy in the Glasses in the same room before? Until I see them both in the same shot, I think they're the same person... Suga is just a disguise loaded on another USB-Thing that the Monsters use to disguise themselves.

They got away with fruit themed heroes before. 😂 You might've laughed at the nickname 'Melon Lord' in Avatar, but in Kamen Rider Gaim, 'Melon Lord' might as well have the same vibe as 'Lord Vader'.

Someone else pointed this out on Twitter -- I only saw it. But the monster that took Hanto's mom is *dog* themed, and Hanto transforms into a Rider using *chocolate*. And we all know what chocolate does to dogs.

Gavv is the first time in ages they're going back to the hard traditions of what makes kamen rider "Kamen Rider" we havent seen since Build (2017), past 5 or so years has done this very rare & loose, let alone hit-or-miss, its amazing to see especially with its lighthearted themes that throw you off, theres never been a better time to get into Kamen Rider weekly

We really dipped into Kamen Rider lore with the whole “you need have surgery to become a rider” Also the whole “ These powers were intended for evil but I’m going to fight for justice “ That reminds me of early Heisei rider series like Faiz where you had to be dead to use the rider system. Nice Kamen Rider lore callback. It can't be just some regular joe on the street that can be a Kamen Rider I have a feeling Suga's going to experiment on himself to add to the gross/body horror lore of being a Kamen Rider
