Also, when you move on to a new BPM how big of a move should you make. If I start out on 60 BPM should I move by 1 BPM, 2 BPM, etc?

You mentioned that a minimum time limit was 30 mins a day. My question is how long should you stay on one metronome setting before moving to the next one? Say I start out on 60 BPM. How many days (30 mins/day) should I stay on 60 BPM before moving on?
