The NY Times recently published an article asking performers how they warm up before their gigs. For example I listen to the same two songs on repeat, pace, maybe juggle, and I also used to jump in place, but stopped doing that once I injured my leg. What do you do to prepare yourself to perform?

Wish I could be with you today, but family circumstances prevent it. Question: What advice would you give someone who was about to make the career switch to performing full time? What’s the best way to get booked? How do you decide how much to charge? I know Matt doesn’t have an agent, but do you think it would be a good idea for someone else? Any other ideas? Thanks!
