Patron Milestones and Server Locations

Thank you so much for your patience and thank you even more for helping us break the 1000 patron milestone. Your pledges have enabled me to continue upgrading our servers behind the scenes to help combat those pesky 502s and limited server capacities.
On the topic of which, I'm curious to see which server locations you guys prefer best for different regions. In particular, Asia and South America draw my interest because their infrastructure is mapped a little strangely. For instance, players in Argentina would have horrible ping in Brazil and vice versa, even though they're both in South America.
This brings me to my question - for my Asia and South America patrons, which countries or cities would you most like to see PlayTogether servers in? Is it better to have a compromise location such as Texas or Florida in the case of South America, rather than somewhere actually located on the continent?

Our largest server is current located in Seoul actually! Supports 800+ players simultaneously :-)

Thank you for setting this up! I'm dying to try the mod with my friends and as a lazy person, this is exactly what I've been looking for, hehe. As Germans, we usually get to pick Frankfurt servers in online games, which has worked great for us since... ever.

Hi! Thanks for the valuable insight, I think that's what I'll end up doing. I might have a dedicated Brazil server and a dedicated US Central server for now, and if there's enough demand I'll add one in Argentina. Feedback much appreciated :-)

Hey, as a brazilian, we would love to see a server in the city of Sao Paulo. We don't know the reason for the divergence in the pings of south america, in other games the servers are always created separately, one for Brazil and another for the rest of the continent. Nobody likes to play with bad ping, so maybe it will be necessary to choose one side to please and the other to settle for ping from North America. in time, what is the number of Brazilian players vs. Others? It's a difficult decision to choose between one and the other.

Yeah it worked fine for 3 of us with anniversary dlc, so far we haven't had any issues with the anniversary dlc

In NA East here- as a New England resident any servers around Boston are usually fine!

I'm in the NA East region and I got STR set up for the first time yesterday. I've got a friend that will hopefully have the anniversary edition set up soon so we can play together. I know that the anniversary edition isn't fully supported yet, but I figured if we both have the base game and the anniversary DLC, it should work.
