Since he didn't do anything horrible, she wouldn't physically harm him (he doesn't know it, though). But she can create some weird shadows & other weird stuff by affecting the flashlight and make them look like some twisted creatures... And if he turns around, it would be a "smiley" face right in front of him. She just wants him to leave and leave her alone (ideally with a guarantee that he won't come back - hence the spooking)
Go flash your light somewhere else, dude
