Guys, c'mon. This radio silence is killing me here. For those of you who played v0.8 did you at least like it or no? Because I liked it a lot but as a parent who can't be a good judge for his child, I can't be impartial for my own creation.
So I'm starting to think maybe it wasn't as good as I thought. Or maybe, you didn't like the serious turn it took all of a sudden. Or maybe I don't know...
Before I forget, I've included a catchy electro 90s pop song made by AI called Mary Jane's Hollywood Dream. (I can't use it commercially yet and when I do, it will be probably modified a bit), but it's interesting what AI can do in just seconds.

Well i can also add this : the MC actions adds up and nicely tie in with the initial setup, and the narrative form chosen (revelation of a very bad situation, can't say more, then flashback) induce a very nice 'oh shit' moment for the player the first time around. Well crafted.

Done ! Went the spoiled way this time, stripper career. Loves the final twists, the BBG evil plan is sound (I can't stand stupid plots, makes me feel insulted). can't say a lot more without getting into spoiling territory....

So I had the time to play the latest update. Clever writing towards the end. You asked if this would be movie material... sure if it is a high class porn movie, hehe. The plot is also too critical about the machinations of Hollyweird so I would be worried that you don't "suicide" in the end *wink. I just don't know if some users stopped playing in the end and missing the final revelation. I didn't notice any difference after the last save for MJ. I guess that still has to be worked out. Or it is on my end how I played overall. Overall great job, now I wonder how the game evolves from now. Instead of a simple VN you could just make general changes on the board. And gimme stats and management tools for christmas... nah just my 5 cents. cya !

Almost there, turn 80 something... I lost my phone save and began from scratch on PC, hang on! I know from experience how dusheartening it can be when you deliver your work of love and get no reaction (I'm a dungeon master, role players are a ungrateful bunch). I need one or two more days. Love Arabella too.

TU so much. But just to make sure we are all in the same page. The game doesn't end with the tabletop part. The first part is about MJ's training and none of the jobs is complete so far. Just because it arrived at round 99 doesn't mean those rounds are complete of content. The next update (s) will have the necessary stories to decide what MJ's future will be. Then, after that, and the events of 0.8 there will still be (a lot) of content but not on the gameboard anymore. Just a good old VN. Thanks again. PS. Also, near the end I might tamper the storyline a bit, because some rounds (especially) in the beginning are almost empty, while later they are too full. So, don't take your game too seriously (don't invest too much time on stats) because it might change later. xoxoxoxo

Honestly had no time to testplay it. Also I like to play the whole thing again from start to finish. Did this also with the latest updates. I also hoped for a much longer story with many more turns to play each job and can decide which job to stay on. For example the Dancer/Stripper part was cut extremely short. Also more job related events. I still like the game, yet it should also be open ended if possible. I also like games with more managment content. But that's just me. If I have the time I will play it all over again from start to end. Most likely coming week. Also your other games I will have to check out. Don't worry, you still got a great concept and very good game. With more content it would be one of the best games I ever played in this segment.

Me too. And you are right to hate it and I'm sorry. I've tried to find a solution since the beginning but it's about the game design. I can make new rounds with main story content, or fill those rounds with side stories. I can't do both (or I could but each update would have taken 5-6 months). My only advice is to leave your main game for now and just play casually. Just check out the new content. You'll have a chance to play your main one later. Besides, the tabletop part is almost finished. Thank you for your patience and as always I'm open for suggestions. EDIT: You can play immediately v0.8 and you'll probably have enough rounds to see all the previous content.

Haven't played v0.7 yet! Why? Because of this: "v0.7 Changelog: - 4 new rounds (Although you might want to replay a previous save to see all the content) v0.75 Changelog No new rounds. To play the new content, you'll have to load a previous save." I hate this
