Changeling Tale's 101st Anniversary
🕑 Added 2019-11-12 00:34:16 +0000 UTCToday marks exactly one hundred and one years since the date our game begins! While a lot has certainly changed since then, I hope you're all able to take some time today to reflect on the things our ancestors (and our contemporaries!) have accomplished, the hardships they endured, and the people they transformed that have brought us to where we are today.
(And thanks to General Irrelevant for drawing the sisters reaching many more anniversaries to come!)
In game news: The beta seems to be glitch-free, so the next time you hear from us should be to announce the background feature build's general release! You can expect over 6k words of new, unlockable content in the form of lore, historical references, and other anecdotes, which can be accessed by clicking objects in the improved background gallery. We're also including a few new illustrations to round out Jessie's chapter, like the one we're posting alongside this!
Looking forward to sharing these new features with everyone! Thank you again so much for your support, and wishing everyone a good Remembrance/Veterans Day!

Our writer is still just getting started on Marion's Chapter 4 ^^ While she writes it, the rest of the team is working on rolling out the patron-wide BG features build and coding Grace's Chapter 3, which is coming next!

If Malcolm runs into any statues in the Fae Realm, whatever he does... he'd better not blink!

General Irrelevant's got a knack for that!

It did. The Royal Scots Greys and many other regiments were ordered to remain in position after the armistice in case hostilities broke out again. Demobilization was slow and soldiers trickled home throughout the end of 1918 and well into 1919 (not counting the poor souls who were deployed to Russia).

The game is set in late spring-summer though. Did it take Malcolm that long to get home?
