Changeling Tale Anniversary Update Released!

Just in time for the anniversary of Changeling Tale's release, we're happy to announce the release of Version 1.0.2.4—what we've also been calling the Polishing Patch!
This update brings a host of improvements to the game’s art, sound, and animation, including:
🎨 Over 50 scenes touched up for aesthetics and consistency
🏃♀️ Sharper character sprites and new alternate poses
🎬 Better flow and immersion with enhanced movement, refined transitions, and environmental tinting
🎶 Six remastered music tracks and additional sound effects
❔ New "what-if" illustrations, animations, and much more!
It’s the perfect time to journey back to Ach-na-Creige, or experience its magic for the very first time!
To celebrate Changeling Tale’s anniversary and this patch’s release, we’re offering a 20% discount on the Game, Art Book, and Soundtrack through January 1. Read the full announcement here!
If you own Changeling Tale on Itch.io and do not use the Itch client, please ensure you manually download the latest version of the game. For all other players, the new patch will update automatically. If you experience any issues or bugs, don’t hesitate to reach out to us!
A Huge Thank You to... You!
I want to extend an enormous thank you to all of you for continuing to support us and enabling us to make Changeling Tale the best it can be! This patch brings earlier chapters up to par with our latest work and includes features we didn’t have time to add during development. I'm so proud of how far Changeling Tale has come, and can't wait to continue the journey with Rowan's Chapter 1 next year!
But first, two additional items that will arrive in a new Beta Build a little later this month: RenPy 8 compatibility, and a brand new, heavily illustrated bonus story. We'll have that out to Beta Tester tier patrons very soon!

The majority of it uses a font called Dumbledor! You can find and use all of the font files in the game inside the folder game/fonts

It will be available once the sketches have been painted and any bugs in the transition to RenPy 8 have been ironed out! We don't want to spoil what the bonus story is about to anyone just yet, but if you follow Watsup's Picarto streams you may catch him working on it!

Not sure I follow the question, but all the updated art is currently in the new build of the game and available right now both in the in-game galleries and the Full Res Art Pack download!

Now when characters enter or exit the frame, they often do so using a walking animation instead of a basic slide!

I do hope that Effie is the most sexual route not out of perversion but because it would be funny. Her being a rabbit it would be an interesting story because I know how every girl has to deal with their animalistic instincts how would it be having to deal with a gf that is horny all the time that would Be interesting and incredibly hilarious!
