The WiFi doesn’t really do anything. But there is a fix for the WiFi issue. Let me see if I can dig it up.

That's a possibility but also in my opinion the Wi-Fi isn't generally that great it gives you access to checking out the progress from your phone but you have to be connected to the same network still. So if you were to go either out of town or go somewhere else that's not connected to your home network you wouldn't really be able to view anything from it.

Yeah found a few posts on tips and tried all of those but still wasn’t able to get it to connect. I even made a dumbed down 2nd guest network for my printers to connect to and it still can’t connect to that. Might not like my Orbi home setup

I love that machine as well it took me awhile to be able to figure out how to connect it to my home network but I actually figured it out after painstakingly hunting for answers
