🕑 Added 2022-03-13 21:38:56 +0000 UTCStill stupidly sick and hacking up a lung over here (not covid thankfully), but managed to get the play button down.
Still torn on trying to make it straight by cutting and soldering tiles together. I should have ordered extra white tiles.
My big concern is that if they are not 100% perfect they are not going to fit properly.
What I might look into instead is painting them 🤷♂️
And cutting these at an angle really really sucks.
Might just leave it as is for now and tackle in the future just to keep things moving forward.
Also… brought a box of tissues with me today 🤣😂 it’s the little things 🤘🤧

Painting in the rest of the play symbol is a good idea. As long as you have a good strong white that matches you won't be able to tell the difference.

Hi, I hope you will get better quickly! To help you for the tile cutting, to have the perfect cut you need to cut them at the same time. I would advise to put the red on top of the white and "lock" them in position, double side tape should do the job, then cut. Second advice, have a look to Tajima cutters with black blade, you won't go back to normal cutter after using those. I can't wait to see this new studio!!

Maybe you should just take a day and recoup/rest ? You might get more done after you feel better. Looks good so far though 😎
