Playing with the Elegoo Giga Orangestorm … sorta

I modeled out a basic version of the Orangestorm Giga to actual size / scale and will be sharing files and showing how you can view it in your house / garage / office etc in Augmented Reality on your phones or even in Mixed Reality with the Quest 3
This will hopefully help people see just how big this printer is and where the heck they can potentially put it.
This was a test of me using my Quest 3 in mixed reality using Shapes XR app & importing the OBJ file

Wow that thing is huge. My wife would kill me if I brought a printer that big in to the house LOL. Might have to build a shed out back to actually use it!

Oh I love that idea. I was just texting with him today. I will mention that to him. And yeah that whole situation has just been absolutely crazy. I told him he needs to setup a printables club so he can start earning printable points towards printers & filament 🤣😂

Hey @uncleJessy I think you should do a video about how hard Niko is working to get his paying customers access to their stl and training after he had to move his platform overnight. He’s been so upfront and keeping us up to date I’d love to see someone that could have a good reach talk about it. I mentioned it but no one cares what I say. Just an idea. Maybe an interview with him to cover it?
