I’m planning to buy a Neptune 4 Max/Plus, but I’m not sure if it’s a good decision. I’ve seen that it has issues with Klipper, auto-leveling, and that I might need to make upgrades, like buying a different hotend. I don’t understand what they mean by using another type of hotend from a different manufacturer, or how I should search for it to buy it.

I ordered a 1.0 nozzle from aliexpress. I tried to setup my own profile for it and my first print said it was gunna take 4800g of filament 😂😭

So I just checked my order and its now showing me the Neptune 4/Pro nozzles and not the Neptune 4 Max. Also the link to buy has changed to Neptun 4/Pro nozzles as well. No longer showing the Max Style nozzles.

A few options, you’d need to either design & print the object then make a mold & cast the product in silicone. Alternatively you could design the object and create a 3d printable mold using a negative of the object. Then use the silicone to cast the object inside the 3D print. There is actually a discord channel out there that explains all of this in detail 🙃

Yup, looks like they sold out already. Only Pro's left. Elegoo is really dropping the ball hard on the Neptune 4 series. Bummer.

They are different. Elegoo in all of their brilliance decided to design a completely new nozzle 🤦‍♂️. Finally some replacement / size options on the way though

It looks like they only had two available, at least when I got there. EDIT: Nope! They had more. I got two sets. My N4Max should be here this week! I'll be decommissioning my CR10S5. It's had a good run, but it's painfully slow.
