Somehow, I can see that being incredibly necessary. After living in Alaska for a few months, there was a sort of cabin feverish reaction to the first days of Not Currently A Blizzard.
I STILL have a kneejerk reaction when I see a robin in the spring, and I freaking know better.

We had to have North Dakota PSAs: just because it is over zero it is still below freezing, do not barbeque outside in shorts when it is 20 degrees.
