as good as aot fans like to think they are about catching details i notice a lot of them, especially the ones who LOVE floch, always ignore the fact that Floch was ease dropping on Eren and Yelena. Eren only told him the plan bc he caught them, but floch fans make it seem like Floch was the true successor to erwin and some super important partner to eren. Really he kinda just made things more difficult for eren in the end with all the jaegerist shenanigans. Does Eren beat up Armin if the Jaegerists don't bust in the room, for example? probably not, etc. Little stuff like that.

Oak it's ok. The hand on heart salute symbolise sacrifice. Better represented by Erwin and the original scouts than the Jaegerists.

100% agreed, also a nice little detail that ive noticed watching it this time was that Keith had his scout jacket on which is a nice little touch since he probably hasnt worn it since he left the scouts.

Which is interesting because I side with Paradis as well but I can't stand him. He rings of an opportunist who siezed personal power in the wake of Eren's absence.

Theo and Keith's sacrifice was so good, the explosion with no sound but the sombre music was perfect. Theo and Keith are the same person, Theo influenced the fire within the Warriors to invade Paradis and Keith did the same in Eren. They both regret their actions, wondering if the kids they looked after, what would've become of them if they got to live a normal life. Also what's sad about their sacrifice is that, while our group knew that Theo sacrificed himself, nobody knew Keith was part of that noble sacrifice but Theo Magath. So only Theo would be the only one to actually get his name labelled as a hero who helped saved the world.

Yeah there was so much chaos on Paradis those last few days and they've seen how the Jaegarists were killing dissenters so there's a lot of ways he could have gone missing. Dude finally gets his chance to be "special" and no one is left to tell his story.

The AOT world map is just our real life world map upside down and mirrored. Paradis island is Madagascar island upside down and mirrored and the continent of Marley is the African Continent upside down and mirrored. Last I checked😅

This was peak excellence of an ep with the animation!! I’m still star-struck high from yesterday being able to see Trina Nishimura (English VA for Mikasa) at Anime Pasadena! She is just the best and such a beautiful person through and through! I got her autograph, Zach and Greg from Demon Slayer to! I hope I get to see them all again next year 🥰

While I mostly agree on what you said, there is a possibility Armin could control the blast radius similar to how Bertholdt transformed on the top of the wall on Season 2 and not harming Reiner/Eren/Mikasa/others. And how Bertholdt transformed on the pilot episode, he didnt destroy the wall with the blast cause he know he'd unleash the dormant colossal titans.

Just a nice detail: Falco's Jaw Titan is quite unique because he has a bit of the Beast Titan spinal fluid mixed up in him, hence a more animalistic design to it (it's also kinda poetic that his Titan has bird-like features, after his name is 'Falco")

Agree! I personally don't like him that much, but his arc is amazing. And I definitely get where he's coming from. He wants to protect his home & all the others are literally just traitors who are killing their friends to save a world that wants them dead.

The last 2 30-minute episodes aired 2 weeks apart. Then the first 1-hour special aired 11 months later. And the 2nd special aired 8 months after that, actually exactly 1 year ago today.

Floch is easily one of the best characters in the show with some of the best writing from going from a weak a scared boy to a men ready to die for the cause he believes in he will forever be my favorite character.
