[ How to use ] 📅New Card Heatmap v1.2 (Anki Add-on, For Patrons Only)
🕑 Added 2024-04-18 16:50:04 +0000 UTCShow calendar and streaks of New cards learned, like the review heatmap (Prototype). It can be used to visualize learning new cards and make it a habit.
[ Description ]
Show number of New cards learned today.
Show longest streak. (New cards only)
Show current streak. (New cards only)
The color intensity changes every 10 cards. The maximum is 100.
Mouse hover tooltip shows date and number of cards.
Heatmap size is the same as the Review heatmap.
Supports night mode.
Heatmap can be squared in config.
Tools -> Addons -> Select New card heatmap -> "border_radius": true or false

Add new cards does not count, learning new cards counts.
When the new card interval becomes the next day or later, the number is counted.
If the card does not graduate, it will not be counted. If it graduates the next day, it will be counted then.

Color is blue only at this time.
This add-on is relatively simple code, so it does not have advanced features like the Review Heatmap. (Not Fork)
Old Anki is not supported. (like Anki2.1.35 - 2.1.45)

Download the .ankiaddon file and open it with a double-click, or install it from the "Install from file" menu in the Anki add-ons management screen. (Please note that you cannot install the file by dragging and dropping it into Anki) If you encounter any errors, please contact me.

Hello, I graduated 15 new cards today. It is shown in the heatmap but the text counter still says 0. Is there something I am doing wrong? Thank you

Hi thank you for the support! :) I already have a request for a color option and are working on it. Is “based on date” meant to be a feature to display review cards for future due dates like the review heatmap?

Any way colour customization could be added similar to the review heatmap? Also customization based on date that you want to consider for the heatmap? Thanks!
