The older couple telling their stories of how they met and fell in love is in reference to "When Harry Met Sally," where the film was punctuated by real couples or actors sharing real stories about how they met and fell in love

Jade spraying the cleanser in the air, has absolutely nothing to do with Nate. Those types of menus have changeable menu pages, paper or cardboard. Spraying directly on the outer plastic, the liquid can get in and warp the pages. I used to clean menus the same way. Other reactors have called her racist or mean for doing that, and I’ve never understood why they would think so horribly of her. And the “window table” snafu … Derek, the manager, keeps it open for “famous” people.
