I agree with Diamond Dave that this should have been the first episode instead of the second. One thing that bugs me is the use of an obvious doll for the baby.

Fun fact. The door factory scene was a reference to the creator of the show. He was depressed working an office job at a door factory and wished he could separate his work life from his personal life and that led to him creating the basic framework of Severance.

I've been waiting to see if you'd pick up on the beta fish in the split tank! There's always so many easter eggs. This season is so dynamic, these characters are so well written and the actors do such an amazing job. This show better get all the awards for this season! I observed there's always a 'ding' noise when an outtie goes up the elavator to indicate the chip switching into the innie.

It's like Helena was shocked but also longing for what her innie has with Mark: genuine love and connection. I can't tell if it was more so longing or jealousy. As it seems Helena doesn't have much of that in her life. Like her father is already so weirddd. I'm sure Helena also thought 'dang, my innie has a personality and I don't" π

Not Helly notice they made a point to use that sound when they transition to their innie when each character went down the elevator but when she went down the elevator there was no sound
