WHY
The ending of this episode is so good - the intense, the dynamics and the music there π€π»

Nobody wanted to treat the guy because he was a serial killer and from what I remember I think the staff knew about what he had done. His dad treated him anyway because doctors have to take an oath to save lives. This is what allowed the guy to stab the dad for ultimately no reason, just because he saw the chance to do it. He's the guy that's been sending the doctor letters since the beginning (when he and Moon met on the train and she asked him if he received letters in the military and he said he didnt like them and we got that flashback) He's been writing letters to the doctor from prison for a while now and his mom found out when she got his mail. His inmate number is also the password to enter the doctor's home, which he gives to Moon. The four numbers. You can see them whenever they show the envelopes of the letters. Hope this helps guys, I know theres a bunch of little details and the episodes are packed with stuff!

It's a lot more handy for sure. I have netflix but still choose the uncuts when I can, even if it means the screen is smaller.

Thank you so much for the Full Length Uncut (no sync)! I like watching with you instead of syncing with my Netflix...

That's the case for the Japanese culture, but it's considered disrespectful to call someone by just their last name in the Korean culture. The respectful way is to call them by their full name, last and first with honorifics added at the end, if it's someone you're not close with. If it's a friend, first name is fine, but no one would call anyone by just their last name unless of course a specific title was added, like Dr. for example.

I never noticed it before but I jut noticed everyone refers to each other by their last names because that is the respectful way to address someone, especially in Asian cultures like Korea and Japan, but the fact the evil group mostly never address each other or other people by their last names shows how little respect they have, it's a nice detail from the writers I never noticed before.
