Ch16 progress update

Firstly, a personal circumstances update:
Just one out of three elderly family members is in hospital at present. An improvement on recent weeks.
This still means plenty of visiting time, disruption and emotional turmoil.
Who can tell how long this period of relative calm will last...?
I've been making the most of the game production time I'm given and have completed a few hundred renders in the past few days.
I've also made some big hardware improvements which have helped speed up part of that process. My CPU core count has increased dramatically!
I'm however still working on Chapter 16 : Bonus 4.
That's the threesome with Laura and Alicia that takes place in the staff room.
I think I might have mentioned that this will be a big scene, but even I hadn't anticipated how large it is becoming.
So far the image count for this scene alone is at about 1200 with a page count over 430.
This makes it bigger than several of the earlier chapters and easily the largest single bonus scene.
It's also pushing the Ch16 page and image counts up to new record levels.
It's a really good scene though and I'm getting close to wrapping up the multiple options and outcomes.
I hope to complete it either this or next week.
Much of this depends on hospital discharge dates and the vagaries of age induced ill health.
Obviously, if somebody else decides to keel over or drop dead I'll have to act accordingly.

When we last left the twins in Chapter16, they were competing for the PC's "attention" where both Laura and Alicia want to be the PC's favourite. I wonder who eventually wins đ other than the PC? đ€Ł

I wish you and your family members all the best! Even though I've been looking forward to the bonus scene with Laura and Alicia for a long time and can hardly wait for a release, I'm happy to wait even longer so that you can take the time to look after your family. Fingers crossed.
