Both were in the wrong in different like you said. But this is 100% Hill's fault that this even happened. He escalated it. I got pulled over by a cop the day I learned my cousin accidently shot himself in the head (he is alive). He asked me why I was going 60 in a 45. I was trying hard to fight back breaking down in front of this cop and explained my situation. It was like 4-5pm and I had been out all day and just wanted to get home to try and relax. The cop gave me back my ID and told me to slow down that I'm already in a state of panic and make it home safely. I got no ticket. I'm sure these cops would have understood why he was in such a rush and most likely let him go. I got let go for speeding 10 in 55 when I was late to work.
