[Remastered Files!] The new Helldivers 2 B-01 Tactical Helmet is here!
🕑 Added 2025-09-24 13:59:27 +0000 UTCThis one I've been wanting to remaster for a while. It's one of our most popular helmets so it's a bit disruptive to rebuild it from scratch - but it was time! We've added several new quality of assembly and wear features I think you'll enjoy.
Changes to the helmet include:
- Rebuilt from scratch for improved accuracy
- Added variants for the face and vents for functional air venting out the front
- Improved fit for larger head sizes, it now easily fits up to 24.5" circumference heads at default scale
Unfortunately with a full rebuild the visor shape changed a bit. This means we'll be making new vacuum forming bucks for the visor to fit this new shape and I can't guarantee the old forms will fit these new helmets well. We'll be selling both the Current and Legacy version visors in our shop for 3 months - then the Legacy version will be fully retired.

will the other helmets be updated as well? such as the DP11 champion of the people and the and the Hero of the Federation? because all of them have the same basic helmet shapes.

for the assembled version of the helmet ,would you guys be able to have the greeblies separate like the cast version so that they can be resin printed?

It's because all parts fit on a 256mm cubed build plate by default

I noticed there isn’t a pre separated version for smaller printers on this set of files…any chance those are available? Not that I can’t cut it up myself, but it sure is nice to have all ready hahah
