It was a Youtube broadcast, and a surprise performance, there most definitely were not that many fans attending and and even if there were, this isn't a concert, so concert behavior isn't going to be present. It's being recorded so the audience was probably told to only cheer after segments were finished.....need to chill a little with the hate and look into the details before we start attacking people for nothing

This was an event at Lincoln Center in New York City. Lincoln Center gears more toward the fine arts such as ballet and opera. I can't imagine a YouTube brand cast other than a bunch of rich old folks suffering through a young person performance on YouTube.

I agree the crowd sounded dry AF! But I think it is because either the company recording wanted strictly Stray Kids vocals and cut all the background out (like Coachella does) or that American fans are not used to these types of performances and are often too busy being SHOOK and recording to properly react.

I don't think anyone knew about Stray Kids being a performer at that event for YouTube plus the dancer surprise .....The crowd was horrible though regardless definitely not what Stray Kids are used to nowadays...Baby bread isnt baby bread anymore ....he's all grown up 😖😍😍 not my bias personally but them having long hair and all grown is everything! ❤️❤️ Stay forever

yea the audience was drier than Lee Know's Airfryer. They should've invited some stays into the mix if this was a surprise performance. This was sad. But I.N omg he definitely glow up and grew up. I saw Alexander McQueen fashion with him omg he looks so grown.

I remember the first few times I saw Stray Kids videos. I just stood in front of the tv with my jaw hanging open trying to process what I was seeing. They are A LOT when you are first introduced to them. I am seeing so many more YT reactors in the US checking them out, so the event did exactly what it was supposed to do.

Audiences seems dead but I think it's understandable. They're indidually invited, didn't know each other, and the event seemed to be a bit formal. But I saw from tiktok that a lot of creators're very excited to see them perform.

yes as you already know this was a surprise and only some ppl know skz but one of the dancers and a creator said that it wasn’t that dead. it’s also the editing to hear skz better in there video who makes it also look like that. they were ppl hyped about them but again yeah they’re different creators and stuff

It was a surprise performance. There were a few artists invited to perform at the event and those in attendance did not know who would be there. The event is basically a symposium, where they mostly were listening to speakers the whole night. So yeah, it’s not concert energy. There were a ton of people probably hearing them for the first time too.

This YouTube Broadcast was an event for content creators and advertisers.. as far as I know they didn’t know about SKZ either, the dancers should perform in this event and SKZ joined them.. if you look all the crowd was with their cellphones transmitting/recording, I think that’s why is so silent.. buuuut if I was there, sorry but I would be yelling and dancing 😅😂
