My Little Ventrue - Sexual Content Discussion

This is due to many factors, but ultimately it was because fit girls who enjoy anal sex = super hot, IMO. And this got me thinking.While I consider the story of MLV to be mine to write, and I won't take votes on key events, I actually really enjoy taking into account other people's desires when writing the sex scenes.
Do my readers want anal? Would they prefer more vanilla? Would they prefer more breast worship? Would they prefer more blowjobs, more cunnilingus? Should I spend an entire chapter writing nothing but the slowest foreplay build up ever?
Should I dial up the vampire powers? Ventrue can brainwash people into becoming mindless slaves (Julias is good at knowing just how to tweak a person's mind, hence why he can enslave someone without making them mindless). Daeva can turn people into adoring fans, even worshipers. Should I use these to create more orgy situations? Antoinette has a long and lively history, and back in the day, she did enjoy basically every orgy situation you can imagine, sometimes up to 30 men at a time (such days are behind her, but you can see the sort of situations she could create to enjoy with Jack).
Should I include more double penetration? Jessy has 4 ghouls. Jennifer has 2. They both consider double penetration to be 'normal' sex at this point. While someone like Natasha has no ghouls, and keeps her sexual adventures (kinky as they may be) private. Jennifer would be down for a threesome with Beatrice and Julias, as you know from how Part2 ended. Jessy is close friends with Natasha, and has offered to bring her to one of her sexual events, so the opening is there too.
What about dubious consent? Power fantasies. Many of the MLV characters enjoy trapping a victim, and while drinking their victim, making said victim enjoy sexual delights against their will. Classic vampire seduction stuff sometimes, sometimes a little darker. I'd never write a hardcore rape story, but power fantasies are enjoyed equally both by genders and if readers would enjoy that, I can write it (tastefully. Not going to stray from the 'dark but romantic' tone of MLV)
What're your opinions? I'll include votes on the majority of sex scenes, but those are usually about the details. Overall sexual themes, I'd prefer to hear what my readers want in discussion.

Hi! This made me think about my own likes and dislikes. With that in mind: tit-fucking, vaginal sex, oral sex, denied orgasm, forced orgasm, handjobs, and ejaculation on skin. Those are in no particular order. Now, lemme explain a bit. I enjoy sex scenes to be pretty much consensual, and if not loving then respectful, if that makes sense. I'll include this info in my next Status Update, but I'm quitting my job in July and moving. So I had a choice: look for a new job in the place I'm moving to, or take a stab at writing full time and seeing if my Patreon can grow enough to support me. I'm going with option B. So, starting August, I'll be outputting a chapter every 10 days instead of 21. At that speed, I'll be back onto MLV sometime in the fall season.
