Lonely Street has some deep meaning. It’s about reaching the edge of complete despair, they are falling down, hurting and about to give up….and how they pick themselves up because they have to keep moving down the path they chose. Don’t comfort me. I need to keep going. They are going to perform Lonely St during their show and it’s gonna wreck me. The message is also no matter how despair you feel, don’t hurt yourself, choose to hurt the darkness, banish it instead. I love this song so much.
