Samus needs more time

I overshot... Once again.
Just as I promise myself to keep things simple and deliver you shorter experiences more often, something takes over me and I yet again find myself building an entire movie.
But it's clear what took over me - it's Samus, and her darn skin-tight suit...
Switching tools, relearning and optimizing everything took far longer than I anticipated, but I wouldn't be doing any of it if I didn't know it was worth it.
WIth all the new techniques - assembling it all together is very challenging, requiring me to completely change my workflow. I started to gain momentum as I was putting together three rounds a day, but when I got to the 'action' sequences I once again slowed down. One misstep here or there and it will completely take you out of the experience - and I can't let that happen.
As I finish putting together a round - I replay it and find myself mesmerized by the unfolding beauty, so I know for sure that all of it is worth it. And I can't wait for you to see it.
I'm about 60% done with the edit. Then comes the voice work. Then exports and funscript.
I promise that I'm working with Samus every single day, more hours than would seem reasonable, and I will do my best to deliver her to you as soon as I can.
