Update & ideas for this month's poll
🕑 Added 2024-09-01 22:27:11 +0000 UTCHey everybody, I hope that you all had a nice weekend 💗 We're still hanging in there here in our world, I'm still taking care of my partner. Still waiting on doctors. But I'm still making CC.
We will have a new poll on Tuesday, and like usual I want to welcome anyone's ideas for a set category. We still have a lot of characters from Animal Crossing that haven't been made, if anyone wants another set of character dolls, or the Nordic furniture set, there's still some more food objects, etc. just to give examples. If you have a set idea that isn't related to conversions, I'm open to that too! As usual, all choices that get votes will be made for September.
In other CC news, I've been spending time lately trying again to learn how to get the meshes and textures from Pocket Camp. This game is, by far, not as straightforward as other games for this purpose, but I am adamant on figuring it out as there are so many adorable things just begging to be converted.
So please do give me your ideas, & see you all on Tuesday for our poll! 💗

One more update on the weeds! (Just in case you don't see my note at the end of the WIP post) I got all of the files and images ready, it was a matter of posting most of the stuff for the whole big set tonight (for me, CET time) or waiting until I finished the weeds, and I was going to have to take care of IRL stuff and get some sleep first. The weeds have a lot of files/items. So I posted most of the things, I will move on to the weeds next and get those posted since they were originally meant to be together with the rest.

I have added the weeds to the folder with the Nordic furniture, it looks like that set is probably getting made first :)

Since they're a different sort of object, I don't know if it'd be harder to get the meshes, but I'd really like the weeds in a way similar to the flowers! Particularly the foxtails, but I think they all have some charm. Maybe the 'wheat field' item to go with them? If you do another doll set, I'd love to see Flurry (unless she's in a previous set and I missed her).
