Really good episode but my only quibble is Dustin seems to downplay the purpose of needle distributors specifically and misrepresent their stated goal. The purpose of needle distributors isn't to stop you from overdosing or taking the drug, it's to prevent the spread of infectious diseases such as HIV and it seems disingenuous to downplay that
