This happens when using transparency on Xianyun and Ganyu, Shenhe has no transparency problem but seems to lose the shader of legs and hands.(https://ibb.co/b2nxYFr)

I recall that happening to someone else seemingly because they merged the mod with others, but it hasn't happened to me and I never actually figured out what causes it. If your shaderfixes are clean and you didn't merge it or edit the ini I have no clue

I had a problem (https://ibb.co/x3PnSCX) after deleting all files in [ShaderFixes]. I tried to put back the files again, but didn't work. Can you help me with it?

Not sure what that could be, I did her quest in the previous patch and didn't notice anything

I think the textures are glitched. While she have animation wierd green lines apears around her (it happends only in cutscanes)

if the toggles to hide parts aren't working it means you either didn't install texfx, or didn't delete the remove transparency filter files from shaderfixes

You need to get TexFX and then delete the "remove transparency filter" files from shaderfixes, otherwise things can't be made transparent

TexFx is incompatible with the remove transparency mod (it includes its own version), you need to take the files from it out of the Shaderfixes folder.

If you mean like my initial Lips of Teyvat mod, I stopped updating that when they started putting more makeup on chars in Fontaine. She also already has lipstick so I only plan to add some blush later.
