Quick Update
🕑 Added 2025-02-18 04:53:43 +0000 UTCI decided against getting a 5090 and after the suggestion made by theRexs I tried getting a 4090 instead. However, all the stores that I contacted were out of stock and the one with a 4090 had a price of $2500 which is almost the price for the cheapest 5090, and for a used 4090 is around $2200. I was in a dilemma on what to get and eventually decided on a 5080 instead. The stock problems persisted but I managed to get a 5080 with the price of $1800. Not cheap but I am in a bit of a hurry since my current PC is experiencing more slow down than ever and were it to break down completely, it would only add more stress for me.
Generation time is 20 to 40 seconds longer now, and I'm not sure what's causing it, but sometimes it is almost as fast as usual which confuses me what is wrong and I have been experiencing my CPU reaching 100% which is a good sign of something wrong. Nonetheless, the budget for the PC is now lower than before and the total should be around $4000 now instead of $5000+. I will probably upgrade some parts since I am cutting down on storage to 4TB and the GPU to 5080 from the original plan of 5090.
Since there is a risk of 50 series melting and all those problems, I am trying to get a newer PSU that supports 12V-2x6 cable just to be on the safe side. And since the total budget was lowered, the new PC should be ready around April or May. I will need to source all the components by myself since the PC store I went to can't help me with that. Hopefully, there won't be any problems as I slowly gather the components.
Anyway, I am planning to finish all the pending requests this week so the rate of upload may skyrocket, just for this week only though. There are more or less 8 requests that I am planning to finish before my rest, and hopefully, I can finish it in time.

私は5090の購入を見送り、theRexsの提案を受けて4090を購入しようとしました。しかし、問い合わせたすべての店舗で在庫がなく、唯一在庫があった店舗では $2500という価格で販売されていました。これは最も安い5090の価格とほぼ同じであり、中古の4090でさえ約$2200でした。このため、どれを選ぶべきか悩みましたが、最終的に5080を選ぶことにしました。
しかし、5080も在庫不足が続いており、最終的に$1800で購入することができました。決して安い買い物ではありませんが、現在使用しているPCの動作が以前にも増して遅くなっており、完全に故障してしまうとさらにストレスが増すため、急いで新しいPCを用意する必要がありました。
ただ、現在のPCよりも画像生成の時間が20～40秒ほど長くなっており、その原因が分からず困惑しています。時々、通常と同じ速度で処理されることもあるため、何が問題なのか特定できていません。また、CPU使用率が100%に達することが頻発しており、何かしらの問題がある兆候だと考えています。
それでも、全体の予算は$5000+から$4000程度に抑えられました。ストレージを4TBに削減し、GPUを5090から5080に変更したためです。
また、50シリーズの発熱や溶解問題のリスクがあるため、安全のために12V-2x6ケーブル対応の新しい電源ユニット（PSU）を購入しようと考えています。予算が削減されたこともあり、新しいPCの完成は4月～5月頃になる予定です。
PCショップではパーツの調達を手伝ってもらえないため、自分で一つずつパーツを集める必要があります。時間をかけて慎重に揃えていきますが、大きなトラブルがないことを願っています。
なお、今週中に保留中のリクエストをすべて完了する予定のため、一時的に投稿頻度が急上昇するかもしれません。完了予定のリクエストは約8件あり、休みに入る前にすべて終わらせたいと考えています。

PSU doesn't seem to be the problem as it is working fine with no unusual noises, my CPU will still get to 100% even if I'm not generating. Sometimes out of nowhere too, so I'm not really sure what is causing it. And the CPU only tells the most usage it is usually just the browser or something else that doesn't seem that weird to me. Whatever it is, I'm still getting a new PC anyway so this problem won't be for too long.

bro, check the task manager when the cpu is at 100%, maybe you can detect that it consumes so much cpu, when I use sd it only uses vram and ram cpu almost nothing..., it could be an excess of secondary programs which you could solve by reinstalling the OS deleting everything, and start with a fresh installation keeping the excess of programs controlled, the freezes can also be due to the ssd or the power supply, check if you hear strange noises from your power supply, If you hear strange noises, such as loud humming noises, it is a sign that the power supply is no longer working perfectly, it is not that it will die immediately, but it is a sign that it needs to be changed. There are cases in which the source causes the processor to be at 100% because it is not receiving power correctly
