I've been feeling less inspired as of late, so I reviewed my older works even older than my Pixiv content. Before I started to focus more on erotic content I liked to make more cinematic or artful illustration before, and I notice that I really like doing experiments with different combination of styles and see what I can come up with. It helps quite a bit with adding more fuel to my creativity as I like to come up with different combination for different illustrations. And I happened to found an older work with the styles combination that I find to be even better on my current model. So I made a combination of my older and my present style prompts, and it is quite good in my opinion. Although less bias towards mature looking faces but it means I can capture youthful looking faces much easier. And for the lighting, I'm still testing how to make it consistent but I believe it is the current model limitation with the inconsistency of lighting, so no matter what I do I don't think I can do much about it. But I found a new trick or rather old since I ditched a few lighting prompts that I stopped using months ago to work better now.
And I've been a bit worried regarding the amount of content I can create, my mindset has changed in the span of a few months when making sets. With the increase of sets, I've been unconsciously making sets with the goal of finishing the set as soon as possible to avoid delaying the next one. It was my own fault for taking too much request a few months ago, and the result of it was delayed work for the past 2 months. My target was to release a set at most 3 weeks after it was requested, but currently it could reach more than a month. I've been hesitant to increase the amount of slots for Heavy members even though I've closed down the True tier now.
A bit of a backstory of myself, I started to play around with Stable Diffusion back in 2022, around November if I remember correctly. And I actually made an Instagram account back then and almost reached 10000 followers, but I ended up deleting the whole account after I lost the joy of actually creating content, and I got too greedy and was only in it for the numbers. I used the model AnythingV3 if I'm correct, even though for todays standard it's bad, back then it was such a cool thing to play around with. And I eventually stopped posting anything with Stable diffusion until I started to have an itch of being creative late 2023. I began posting some art, plenty of them are messy and it didn't really have any traction. In fact, I was a nobody before going to Pixiv and started to post there. My account is actually a decade old now I think, I used it back when I was still in middle school but it got hacked by a random Japanese guy since I can see the aftermath of 200 account that they followed before I recover my old account. And another not so interesting thing, I actually drew a long time ago, I drew with a pen tablet and the art I made can still be seen in my oldest post on my Twitter I believe.
Nonetheless, as much as I complain or vent, I will keep working on sets with the best of my abilities. Although if another burnout were to appear then I will need to rest again and recharge my creative juice. And unfortunately a week worth of rest doesn't really fill me to the max but it will do. 最近インスピレーションが湧かなくなってきたので、Pixivのコンテンツよりもさらに古い作品を見直しました。エロティックなコンテンツに重点を置く前は、もっと映画的または芸術的なイラストを作るのが好きで、さまざまなスタイルの組み合わせを試して、何ができるかを見るのが好きなことに気づきました。イラストごとに異なる組み合わせを考え出すのが好きなので、これは私の創造性をさらに刺激するのにかなり役立ちます。そして、偶然にも、現在のモデルにさらに適していると思うスタイルの組み合わせの古い作品を見つけました。そこで、以前のスタイルのプロンプトと現在のスタイルのプロンプトを組み合わせて作成しましたが、個人的にはかなり良いと思います。大人っぽい顔への偏りは少なくなりますが、若々しい顔をはるかに簡単に捉えることができることを意味します。そして、ライティングについては、一貫性を保つ方法をまだテストしていますが、ライティングの一貫性がない現在のモデルの制限だと思うので、何をしてもあまり改善できないと思います。しかし、数ヶ月前に使わなくなった照明プロンプトをいくつか捨てて、新しい、というかむしろ古いトリックを見つけました。今ではそれがうまく機能するようになりました。
そして、作成できるコンテンツの量について少し心配していました。数ヶ月の間にセットを作る際の考え方が変わりました。セットが増えたので、次のセットを遅らせないように、無意識のうちにできるだけ早くセットを完成させることを目標にセットを作っていました。数ヶ月前にリクエストを過剰に受けてしまったのは私自身の責任で、その結果、ここ2ヶ月間作業が遅れてしまいました。リクエストを受けてから最大3週間でセットをリリースすることを目標としていましたが、現在は1ヶ月以上かかることもあります。Trueティアは閉鎖しましたが、Heavyメンバーのスロット数を増やすことには躊躇しています。
少し私の経歴をお話しすると、Stable Diffusionをいじり始めたのは2022年の11月頃だったと思います。実はその頃、インスタグラムのアカウントを作っていて、フォロワーが1万人に迫っていたのですが、コンテンツを作る喜びがなくなってしまい、欲張りになって数字だけを追い求めるようになってから、アカウントごと削除してしまいました。今の基準ではAnythingV3というモデルを使っていたと思いますが、当時は遊んでいてすごくクールなものでした。そして、2023年後半に創作意欲が湧いてくるまで、Stable diffusionでの投稿はやめました。いくつかアートを投稿し始めましたが、雑然としたものが多く、あまり注目を集めませんでした。実際、Pixivに行って投稿を始める前は、無名でした。私のアカウントは実際には10年前のもので、中学生の頃に使っていたのですが、見知らぬ日本人男性にハッキングされてしまいました。そのアカウントが200ものアカウントをフォローしていた影響が目に見えてわかるからです。それから、あまり面白くない話ですが、実は昔から絵を描いています。ペンタブレットを使っていて、その作品は今でもTwitterの一番古い投稿で見ることができると思います。
とはいえ、愚痴や不満を言いながらも、全力を尽くしてセット制作に取り組み続けます。もしまた燃え尽き症候群になったら、また休んで創造力を充電する必要があるでしょう。残念ながら1週間の休養では完全に満たされるわけではありませんが、それでも十分でしょう。あまり良い状況ではなかった時期でも、私を応援してくださった皆様に、いつものように改めて感謝申し上げます。

I really appreciate your support and concern, and I do want to take a month long break. However, taking too long of a break and not working makes me feel really uneasy. My current plan is to keep working but with a slower pace, I might not be able to produce as much but I at least can focus more on quality that way, while also avoiding burnouts. As much as I want to take many requests people have always reminded me that I am only a single person, and there's only so much that I can do alone. I do enjoy doing this kind of work, even though I didn't start off as an erotic focused creator, it still does scratch my itch of being creative. It was a mistake I made 2 months ago when I took too much request and my current state is the result of it. So I will need to revised my plans moving forward to avoid such situation again and reach a good work-life balance that I need. I've been doing some artistic illustration behind the scene, but actually posting them is another story. Since I don't really use a consistent art style for the generations and the majority of people are here for my ero content.

It was a matter of wrong platform from what I can conclude, posting on Twitter wasn't such a good idea to start as a fresh new creator.

I'm surprised you didn't get some attention around 2023. Your work clearly has a quality and originality that sets it apart. As is the case with this piece, your work has an appeal that can only come from you. As far as I know, there are only a few other AI creators who can produce such works.
