Sorry that this Q&A is a few days later than usual: I thought I'd switch it up this month with posting the monthly short story early and the Q&A later! :D
(The real reason is that I've been buried under a total avalanche of work and didn't want to open the Q&A until I actually had some free time to answer questions, lol!)
If you know the drill, fire away! The deadline for this month's questions is January 31st, 9 AM (MST). I will not save or answer any questions sent after the deadline!

The author Q&A is a space where you can ask pretty much any question and I will give answers as best I can! NSFW (hardcore or not), spoilers, and everything else are totally on the table!
(I do reserve the right not to answer questions that I deem inappropriate--like personal questions, not necessarily NSFW--or which make me uncomfortable, though, but it's a pretty common sense process!)
If you want to send in a question, either comment below or ask through the ShoH Tumblr mailbox (usually if you want to remain anonymous). If you do ask anonymously, please type #tellmeeverything in your question. If you don't do this, I won't know that you're asking for the Q&A, so your question might not be answered if you don't include that tag!
I will answer the first 20 questions sent in before the deadline, and save any for next month if I receive them before the window closes.

As a healer!MC the battle against the wyvern gave me a good laugh and reminded me of the fight mage!Hawk vs Arishok in Dragon Age 2 . Something like this “Talk shit. Throw rocks. Heal yourself. RUN !” repeat as often as necessary. I’ve got three questions (feel free to not answer them, I don’t want to be annoying) 1) Will healer!MC uses their power ( added to their physiology/anatomy knowledge) to deal damages in future chapters ? Like, messing with their target cranial/nervous system, stopping blood flow or provoking heartattack ? I know that it goes against all healer principles to do that but since MC is mainly a fighter... and I’m a sucker for the “ don’t mess with the healer, they’ll wreck you” trope…ahaha. 2) And the complete opposite spectrum of the previous question, will Healer!MC be able to save an important character thanks to their healing magic ? Or will another Healer in the story do the heavy “healing”? 3) How old are our recruits exactly ? They’re called “kiddoes” by Trouble so I think may be late teens ? And could you tell us their thought when they realize that THE “Hero of Haven” was going to be their squad captain ? Were they like “O.M.G YEEESSS” or “ …well…shit…I’m going to die young” ?
