You maaaay be referring to one of the sides of Box 6? I messed up when uploaded the file, it isn't supposed to import on its side like that. It should print with the open side face up, but there should be no supports needed at all

People on a Facebook group online mentioned it's to much overhang which caused the issue. They mentioned needing supports. Or a couple mentioned trying to print with it on its side.

Has anyone had an issue printing the larger box. The Bambu PLA that I used is all stringy on the underside of the top of the box. Didn't know if anyone had a suggestion on what could have happened.

I didn't change anything in my bambu studio for my A1 and it printed great

New to this but do you need to change any settings when you upload to bambu lab studio? Or will each file have the default settings used to create them? Like infill and wall perimeter?

I've been in the habit of making yearly upgrades to this design, so that will likely be where we take it next year. I agree though, not sure if we need more than that, haha

You should be able to duplicate them once they're in the slicer. I haven't used Cura in a loooooong time but there might also be an option to "Fill bed with instances"

There’s no difference. I’m not sure why I uploaded them like that to begin with, something I need to fix!

Hi, is there any difference in box_5b and box_5A? I am printing 3 complete sets of boxes and I printed three Box_5 but I don't know if they are the "a" or "b" box. If a and b are different, how do I tell them apart?

I used a A1 and it works fine.

Sounds good! Yeah I printed the biggest box, both a and b, so once you get one out I’ll try one or the other and let you know!

I'm gonna work on opening up some more space so they can slide even easier. I've had one or two that were a little tight off the printers. I've got a couple minor fixes for the boxes overall that i'm trying to get out tonight. One tried and true method to get stuff like that to fit together well (if you wanted to get it fixed in the meantime) is to print one of the pieces after you adjust your X-Y Contour Compensation to -0.10! I'll make sure and post as soon as I get these updates done!

When I printed the biggest box, the two pieces had a VERY hard time sliding together and almost impossible to get back apart. Any tips?

Currently printing now. I try to find ways to gift annoying packaging to my dad every Christmas and I am pretty sure this will be the cherry on top! Great design and super easy printing!

Pretty simple assembly. Once everything is printed, insert all of the previous box pieces into Box_6a. Then insert all of that into Box_6b. Then you want to insert bolts into all of the holes. Then you'll add the Box_6_collars, then lids. Bolt the lids on and you are all done!
